1 cup cooked and chilled Brown Rice
1 can chick peas/Garbanzo beans
1 cup fresh shredded Carrot
1/2 Large Purple Onion diced
2 or 3 diced Tomato
1 handful of chopped Green Onion
1 handful Yellow Raisins
Dressing:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 squeezed Lemon
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Indian Curry Powder
